Job Duties
Monitor and report Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance management. Maintain Autosys batches for Quality Assurance (QA) environment. Generate various Metrics and drive meeting to enable efficiency. Monitor and review pre-production environment changes. Participate in Disaster Recover (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities. Identify job failures, respond to automated systems generated alerts. Migrate code changes as per the client’s requirements. Automate manual tasks to improve productivity. Track inefficient applications in the system, perform analysis and improve the design and quality. Use monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk to enhance application performance monitoring and issue resolution. Develop and implement runbook procedures for Fail Over/Fail Back processes, and help establish Out of Region environment setup for the production environment, ensuring operational readiness and reducing failover time. Perform data analysis and mapping, document function and non-functional requirements for migrating on-premise Informatica workloads to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud using Business Intelligence tools and cloud services. Skills required: Java, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, Perl, Oracle, Sybase, Jira, SharePoint, SVN, and SRS. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) along with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
