Use case and risk assessment
Generative AI
Generative AI That Knows Your Business
Give employees faster access to the knowledge they are allowed to use. SAI designs generative AI experiences that connect approved documents and applications to a practical workflow, with permissions, review and measurement built in.
The business problem
The Challenge
A general chatbot cannot reliably answer questions about a company’s private processes. Policies change, documents conflict and sensitive material must stay restricted. Users also need to know when an answer is grounded in a current source and when a human should take over.
How SAI Technologies approaches the work
Grounded, Permission-Aware Delivery
Identify a bounded use case such as policy lookup, technical support, contract research or a service desk assistant.
Prepare content: inventory documents, remove outdated material, assign owners, manage versions and mark restricted fields.
Design retrieval augmented generation so a response uses approved content and points the user to its source. Do not expose information beyond the user’s permissions.
Evaluate with real questions, including ambiguous requests, missing answers and attempts to access restricted information. Add refusal and escalation rules.
Integrate the assistant into the employee portal, support workflow or application where the answer is needed. Monitor quality, adoption, latency and cost.

A Practical View of the Work
A financial operations team spends hours searching procedures before handling an account exception. SAI could build an internal assistant that returns the relevant approved procedure, cites the current version and routes uncertain requests to a specialist.
